Watershed Counseling Associates, PLLC seeks qualified therapists to practice with our group on a full or part-time basis. 

Our ideal candidates would share our Christian beliefs and have experience and a desire to work with children, adolescents, families, and/or couples.  Candidates should be humble (team players), hungry (pursuant of growth), and smart (excellent people skills).

We particularly need therapists who could focus on one or more of the following specialities: 

Watershed Counseling Associates is conveniently located in Jackson and easily accessible from all surrounding areas.  We want to add to our dynamic team of practitioners and are accepting resumes from both provisionally licensed and licensed clinicians (LPC or LMFT). 

Licensed Professional Counselors operate independently under their own LLC, and each LLC affiliates with Watershed Counseling. Affiliates pay a flat monthly fee and receive administrative services and referrals from Watershed’s deeply rooted referral network. Administrative support includes making and receiving phone calls, scheduling, insurance verification, and insurance claim follow-up. The practice may provide assistance via well-organized systems, necessary office supplies, and professional exposure on Watershed’s website and social media platforms.  

We have a collaborative culture within our team of therapists that is led by the two practicing owners, Russ Schulte and Caty Coffey, who together have over 35 years of clinical experience.
